HYDRO ENERGY

There is an abundance of potential energy stored in water,  fast moving streams, rivers, lakes and even the ocean. When water moves, it does so using energy, a few hundred years ago people understood this and started to harness this power. They used a device called a watermill that would spin when the water pushed against it. This energy was transferred from the water to move the water mill.. The mill then turns a series of gears that are connected to grinders which then crushes grain.

Today a portion of electricity is generated from water. It is the same principle but instead of crushing grains it spins a generator which then generates electricity.

NIKOLA TESLA INVENTOR OF A.C. ELECTRICITY AND POWER GRID

                                                                   NIKOLA TESLA

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) was a Serbian American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, and futurist best known for his contributions to the design of the modern alternating current electricity supply system.

He can be considered the father of AC electricity and is responsible for the modern power grid. Contrary to popular belief it was not Thomas Edison.

                                                   THOMAS EDISON

For two years Nikola Tesla worked for Edison starting in 1882 at the Continental Edison Company in France for one year, and the second year at the Edison Machine Works in New York. It ended due to disagreement over salary. It was Nikola Tesla who was responsible for the innovations Edison patented.

In 1887 Tesla developed an induction motor that ran on alternating current, a power system format. In 1888 Tesla had a viable AC motor and related power system which he patented.

The above diagram reveals changes in the rate of expansion since the universe's birth 15 billion years ago. The more shallow the curve, the faster the rate of expansion. The curve changes noticeably about 7.5 billion years ago, when objects in the universe began flying apart as a faster rate. Astronomers theorize that the faster expansion rate is due to a mysterious, dark force that is pulling galaxies apart.

WIND ENERGY

WIND ENERGY   Currently .018% of the world's energy is generated via the wind. The technology to generate energy from the wind is simple. It consists of blades which are designed in the shape of propellers. When the wind strikes against the propellers the impact rotates it, which then turns a series of gears that result in the turning of a generator or dynamo. The rotation of the generator or dynamo results in the production of A/C electricity.
This A/C electricity is transferred through wires via a device called a rectifier which converts it to D/C current and stabilize it. The current then passes through a regulator which stores it in batteries. The batteries are connected to an invert-er which then amplifies it to 120 volts DC. This is the energy that is driven for use through your home. The amount of energy that will be required by users will define the quantity of turbines and batteries needed to generate the said energy.

At AECTT we offer a wide range of wind turbines and storage cells. You can contact us anytime for our expert advice on how this technology can be of benefit to you. These wind turbines can be used to power your entire home, completely removing or reducing your dependence on fossil fuel energy there by supporting the green chemistry.

COLD FUSION /MYTH OR FACT.

An Italian inventor Andrea Rossi, supported by physicist Sergio Focardi invented the Energy Catalyzer (also called E-Cat). It is a purported cold fusion or Low-Energy Nuclear Reaction (LENR) heat source.
The cold Fusion theory was proposed by  Stanley Pons and Martin Fleischmann in 1989.
Their idea was that sea water contains deuterium and when the sea water is forced through palladium through the process of electrolysis, excess heat or energy is produced.
The quantity of energy produced by this process was quite in excess of the energy used to generate the said energy.
This was once thought impossible, as Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) tried unsuccessfully to reproduce these experiments. The ministry of energy in the US supported MIT in its finding. A cold fusion is dead party was thrown by MIT resulting in the reputations of Rossi and Focardi who generated the idea to be completely and irreparably destroyed.
Rossie Technologies, Germany, Russia other European countries continued investing in cold fusion. Rossie Technologies came up with the E-CAT (Energy- Catalyst) cold fusion generator in 2011.
Russia was the first country to use cold fusion energy. At present, China, Japan Bologna, and Italy have all granted patents in support of the E-CAT Cold Fusion energy source.
To the embarrassment of the US government, the US military (technology dept.) was assigned to conduct further research into cold fusion. Their findings were

Ø That excess energy is being produced via the cold fusion process.
Ø  That cold fusion is a real phenomenon and more in-depth research is highly recommended.
Ø  That MIT did not try to replicate these experiments.
Ø The time frame of forty days used by MIT was insufficient to produce any results.

The US Ministry of Energy supported these findings. The e –cat system is being market at AECTT and can be viewed on our  E-cat page.

ALL ABOUT BATTERIES

All electronic products use some sort of power. A portable electronic device like your cellular phone, use a battery to get its power. This might seem an amazing  and indeed it is, but unfortunately batteries have evolved very little over the years. It is still the weakest part of modern electronics. Batteries use a chemical reaction that causes electrons to flow thus creating power. For example take some salt water (common salt or table salt and tap water). Into this place a carbon rod (from an old AA battery, just remove it by taking the battery apart) and a zinc metal. (zinc screws, galvanised nails). To this connect a pair of wires (1 on each electrode) and insert them in the water, if you were to put a volt meter to this you will get 1.23 Volts. You have just created a simple battery.

The problem with batteries is that they are inefficient; they are around 43% efficient at most. Consider your car battery. It takes 13.5 volts for a period of 12 hours to fully charge. Yet at discharge rate of 12 volts it will last around 3 – 4 hours. With constant charging and discharging it lowers the lifetime and capacity of the battery and hence will need to be replaced in a few  years.
Currently alternate energy forms depend on batteries as storage device. It stores the energy in them for later use by the consumer. This is what makes alternate energy expensive and these batteries use chemicals that are not environmentally friendly and thus it does not share the GREEN CHEMISTRY.

AECTT are offering a solution to this in the form of a fuel cell. The fuel cell acts like a battery and a generator at the same time. Our cells are built with a graphine  Nano tubular mesh in the form of thin wafers. These cells when filled with water breaks the molecular bonds of the hydrogen and oxygen separating them into gases. The hydrogen as it passes through the graphine causes a flow of electrons in the tubular generating electricity. Once it’s not in use the hydrogen recombines with the oxygen in a stable state of H2O otherwise known as water. For more information on this product please feel free to contact us.

Growing Demand Vs Diminishing Supplies

In 1606 Jerónimo de Ayanz y Beaumont
patented the first working steam engine, it was the first commercial mechanical use of energy. Contrary to popular belief, this was not the first time human used energy for practical means, we have been using energy for as long s history can remember. Man has used  fire for cooking, baking of clay ware, and forging of metals. Water from streams to power mills for the grinding of grain and distribution of water, even wind to power grinders for grains. We even used it in transportation for sail boats.
With the invention of the steam engine, this expanded  innovation and facilitated land transportation via the  rail ways as well as steam powered cars (Yes we had steam powered cars, very impractical but it was state of the art and worked, just fell out of business quickly). The railway started a new industrialization era which increased the need and demand for energy. Its the basis of the modern society we live in today.
In the early 20th Century the first internal combustion engine was invented.
This was all because of Crude Oil (fossil fuel). The first Modern oil well which was built in 1854 was based on the process's created by Jan Józef Ignacy Łukasiewicz, a polish pharmacist used to extract kerosene from crude oil. He Pioneered and built the first Modern Oil well.
The reason I stress on the word modern is because oil has also been used for energy and its properties from as early as Babylonian times. Pitch was used in the construction of the Tower of Babylon, Tar and Crude oil were key components of greek fire used in warfare. Oil wells date back further than 347 AD in China. Man has been using energy and current sources for as long as we can remember.
In 1981 the World Used 58,013.31 Barrels Of Oil Per Day. Today we use 92 Million Barrels Per Day. Bill McDonald of Forbes estimates at our current consumption rate, discovery rate, with reserves, we possibly have around 50 years or so of oil left!. The world is in dire need of a new energy source, a renewable one. There are several projects and new technologies available and on the way that offer this, but based on the efficiency and commercialization and cost it has become impractical. Energy is one of the things we will always need, but with commercialization it has become costly. We at AECTT aim to bring to the common man a cost effective simple solutions where you can generate energy yourself from solar power, wind power, water power in an effective efficient manner.
The products we offer comes from simple do it your self (DIY) assembly kits to professionally installed systems that reduce cost for your energy demand. Its safe, environmentally friendly and the power sources are free. Our kits allow you to harness these free sources and convert it into electricity or heat, use it or store it for later use. No More BILLS, with us, you save money, save the environment, and Build a Brighter Future.
